video still, played once on urbana public television on december 11, 8pm, 16 min

(the sign is held by one person, the camera by another, so there is just enough movement to know that people are present. otherwise, the image stays unchanged.)

numbers game.

a series of sketches of a pattern in numbers, which is ridiculous to try to explain. just trust me that it's pretty cool. this isn't going to turn into anything; i just wanted to see what it looked like.

my studio.

here it is. i don't really use it as much as i should, because it's kind of far from everything, and there is mold on the ceiling, and spiders and crickets live there. it is nice to have a place to keep everything, though, and some white walls for hanging. as you can see, i have yet to really move in. you may also notice that it is about the same size as my apartment in new york was. let us rejoice.

my apartment!

one of the good things about living in the middle of nowhere is that rent is cheap. i have a 2-bedroom apartment, and pay less than half of what i did for a studio in new york. i'm not going to post pictures of the 2nd bedroom, because it's pretty much a big closet/dumping ground. the bathroom is pretty unexciting as well, and thus will also be left out.
